How to Setup Crisp Live Chat on Your Store

What is Crisp Live Chat?


Crisp Live Chat is an option you can enable on your store, allowing customers to contact you via a live chat or so called ticket system, independent of social media platforms. This means you don’t have to worry about issues like your Discord server or account getting terminated, or data being lost. It’s the same system we use here at SellSN.



How can I set it up?


It's pretty easy, find below a step-by-step guide showing how to fully integrate the system.

Create a Crisp Account
Head over to the Crisp click the 'Get Started' button to create an account, and then follow the steps provided by Crisp.


Get Your Crisp Website ID
Click on the 'Settings' button in the bottom left corner of your screen. Next, select 'Website Settings,' then click 'Settings' next to the website you created when setting up your Crisp account. After that, you'll see 'Setup Instructions,' and under it, you'll find a 'Copy' button next to the Website ID.




Finish the setup by pasting your Website ID into SellSN.
You're almost done! This is your last step. Go to the SellSN Dashboard, click on the 'Personalization' page, then scroll down and click on 'Additional store settings'. You’ll see the 'Crisp Website ID' box. Paste the ID you copied in the previous step into this box and click the 'Save' button. And that’s it!
