What is automatic product delivery?

Automatic product delivery is a system where digital products or services are delivered to customers automatically upon purchase. Once SellSN detects a payment from a customer, it triggers the delivery - such as license keys, downloadable files, or access credentials - without requiring manual intervention from the seller.

How to set it up?

Create a product
Once you’ve finished creating your product on SellSN, scroll down to the 'Delivery Settings' section. Here, you can choose the delivery methods you want to use. You can also combine methods, such as File Download with License Keys or Message with File Download and License Keys. It’s up to you to select the combination that best suits your needs. In the following steps, I will explain each delivery method in detail.



License Keys

Click 'Add New Items' then choose a delimiter and input your products.





After choosing your delimiter, enter the items you want to deliver in the selection field and click 'Add'



At the end, this is how it will look once the items are added



File download

Once you choose 'File Download' this is how it will look



Simply drag and drop your file here, wait a few seconds, and click 'Save'



Webhook

Webhook is an option for delivery if you’re a game developer, server owner, service provider, or similar. After a customer makes a purchase, SellSN’s delivery system activates. Your webhook responds with details, such as a license key or other information, which we then deliver directly to your customer - no questions asked.



Just don’t forget to enable 'Dynamic Delivery' for your product



Message

'Message' is a delivery option that allows you to include additional text with your order. For example, if you use the License Delivery option, you can provide your contact details or other relevant information in the message. You can also use the Message delivery option on its own, without combining it with other delivery methods

Discord

Discord is a delivery option where, after a successful purchase, your customer will receive a role on your Discord server. To watch a video on how to set it up, click here. You can either use our bot or a white-labeled bot that you’ll need to create yourself. A tutorial for setting up your own bot can be found here



KeyAuth

KeyAuth is a delivery option introduced through our partnership with KeyAuth. Instead of manually generating license keys on their website and adding them to the License Delivery option, you can simply link your KeyAuth account with SellSN, and we’ll handle the rest! For every purchase, a key will be generated automatically and delivered to the customer



Once you click 'Link KeyAuth Account' this is how the setup process will look. Then, simply click 'Authorize Now' to complete the process



At the end, you can choose the key mask, expiry days, and level (optional)
