||| ⚠️ All payment methods are owned and operated by third-party providers and are not managed, owned, or controlled by SellSN. SellSN assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues, disputes, or fees associated with payment methods, which are solely the responsibility of the merchant to manage and resolve with the respective third-party providers.

As of 11/03/2024, we support 21 different payment methods. Find below a table of all the supported methods and their respective additional fees. All cryptocurrency gateways are limited to a base $1.00 order total cost, but some may have higher limits due to high network fees.

What is PayPal friends & family?

PayPal friends & family is a payment mechanism provided by PayPal that makes it much harder for customers to dispute transactions by marking sent funds as "Friends and family".

| 💡 Whilst it is much harder to dispute a transaction that was sent as friends & family, it is not impossible and can still be done.

Experience the power of seamless transactions with PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) on SellSN – the only platform where you can fully leverage this feature for free. This is your chance to build a thriving digital empire with an added layer of trust and fewer disputes among customers.

Link PayPal to your SellSN account

This setup will enable basic PayPal payments on your store, although if you wish to use PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) you must perform the additional setup in the below section.

Start the connection process Go to the bottom left of your screen and click on the "Account" tab.

In "Account", on the right hand side you should see the "PayPal" option, click the "Connect" button.

Get your forwarding address A new dialog should appear, ensure you check "Enable friends and family payments" and enter the correct email **that is on your PayPal

Setting up Cash App

What is Cash App?

Cash App is a personal payment processing service that allows you to easily transfer funds between friends or businesses in the US or UK with no chargebacks. SellSN allows you to leverage Cash App to make automatic payments on SellSN with ease.

Setting up Cash App

Configuring and enabling Cash App is super simple and quick to do, follow the below steps to quickly get Cash App enabled on your store.

||| 🚧 Cash App with SellSN is only available with US Cash App accounts and stores with the US dollar ($) set as their preferred currency. ||| ⚠️ Your PRIMARY Cash App Email MUST be Gmail

Start the connection process Go to the bottom left of your screen and click on the "Account" tab.

Firstly, head over to your "Account" page and then find the "Cash App" option and click "Connect".

You should see a new dialog appear, in this dialog enter your Cash Tag in the input labelled as such and then click "Next".

Get your forwarding address Click the "Next" button and you will receive an email address ending in atlas.sellsn.io, it is comprised of your username and then @atlas.sellsn.io - note it down, you will need it for setting up the forwarding system later on.

Using your own Discord bot with SellSN

What is a custom Discord bot?

The custom Discord bot with SellSN allows you to put your own branding on the Discord integration provided by SellSN, this allows the "Login with Discord" function and the bot in your server to have your own logo and bot name.

How can I set it up?

It's pretty easy, find below a step-by-step guide showing how to fully integrate the system.

Create the application Head over to the Discord Developer Portal and click on the "New application" button in the top right corner of the page, then enter the name of your application or store that you wish to display to users and agree to the Discord Developer Terms (be sure to read them first!). Finally, click the "Create" button.

*Give the application keys to SellSN Now you have the app created, you need to give the app credentials/keys over to SellSN so we can manage the integration on your behalf. To do this, head over to the SellSN Dashboard and then head over to the "Personalization" tab and then find the "Discord Integration" dropdown.

Connecting a custom domain to your store via Namecheap

What is a custom domain?

A custom domain refers to having your SellSN seller page on your own domain to add an extra bit of personality, with this guide you can connect a custom domain to your store and be up and running within 24 hours.

How to connect one?

Get your domain ready You'll need to own a domain in-order to use the feature, you can acquire one at Namecheap or any other provider of your choice. This guide is for Namecheap configuration only, other providers may differ.
Configure your domain with SellSN Head over to the SellSN dashboard and select the store you wish to add the custom domain to in the top left corner of your screen, then you need to head over to the "Personalize" page and then the "Custom domain" card. Click the "Enable custom domain" button to open the setup wizard.

Once you're in the setup wizard, enter your custom domain (e.g, example.com) in the text box labelled "Domain", then click "Next".

Some alternate e-commerce platforms provide a system to allow us to migrate your products and even reviews over to SellSN. The following platforms are supported by SellSN and provide automatic migration with your API key:

Sellix (supports reviews and products)
Sell.app (supports products)
Sellpass (supports products)
